- Guest meeting and departure service including turning on lights, air-con, gas, water and electricity, as required.
- Late arrival arrangements
- On call to tenants and holiday makers
- Full cleaning service
- Repairs – Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning
- Advertising for rental on holiday websites like booking.com, expedia, etc
- Arranging car hire and taxi transfers for guests
- Dealing with all property emergencies during guests stay
- Pool management
- Garden Maintenance
- Utility costs included
- Complimentary linen and towels for use during stay
- WiFi / TV service included
Our Fees are as follows:
- Long-term let 10% of rental amount
- Short-term let 15% of rental amount
Services in other countries are outsourced and may vary from the above. However we always aim to work with global partners who have a similar work ethic to ours and always aim to provide a first class service to our clients.
